Qt bug, possibly. For example, check out copyshrug.com. Or "(ಥ︵ಥ)", which shows up correctly in chromium and dwb, but not here in qutebrowser.

In my opinion Droid Arabic Kufi is the equivalent of a serif font, while Naskh is equivalent to a san-serif font. What do you think of changing the english letter to be more san-serf?
