target.on_load 里 add files 了所有依赖包的静态库，第一次 xmake 时正常 insert 静态库, 再次 xmake 后 没有 insert
### 错误信息
下面是 xmake clean 之后复现的相关操作，可以见看到两次 xmake 之间生成的 融合静态库 大小不一致
