half4 arguments for vertex input found in xBR shaders break nVidia cards on PC. Changing these to float4 fix the issue.

In testing Snes9x 1.52 filters, Blargg's Composite/S-Video nicely softens the oversharp text in SNES games. It would be nice to have that in a filter (maybe support stacking of some kind).
