（1）primary上mgr-agnet异常，mysql故障。vip仍在primary上。
（2）secondary01上mysql正常，mgr-agent正常。这是当选为主，vip绑到secondary01上。
（3）原primary和secondary01上都有vip。
优化点：
vip绑到primary节点时，加一个判断逻辑。检测vip是否已经绑定。如有，就删掉。
