Does the jetson nano communicate with the speed sensor to get the speed? If yes, then how can we output that speed in our terminal?
And therefore there's no need to use Arduino.

Decide what to use since we are facing a lot of problems with jetson nano, maybe its time to switch to raspberry pi.
