It would be nice if KarmaBot would either stay awake or restart itself.

Previously the Karmabot allowed lots of karma, so k: @user +++ would give 2 karma points. This doesn't currently work in KarmaSlack.

If different functions in the main zubotsu code had a similar function signature to the main framework function, we could easily separate functionality cleanly since it's starting to get a bit spaghet…
