The latest Starfield update changed some data structures, SFSE implemented dome changes which require SFSE plugins to be modified and rebuilt.

Historically, Interacting with SKSE has been the bane of every single attempt to make Skyrim have multiplayer. The new ASI loader stuff seem to work on Gamepass without complaining as well.

While it's convenient for the app to try to select all text files for activating, `steam_appid.txt`, `sfse_whatsnew.txt`, and `sfse_readme.txt` probably shouldn't be selected :)
