While you can create a unified diff with `createPatch` and then apply that to another string using `applyPatch`, there doesn't seem to be a way to apply Change Objects.
I think this would be helpful …

Would be great to have a side-by-side view for diffs, as that format is easier to read than the unified format.

Our diffs are very messy so it may be worth us running the ufos through https://github.com/unified-font-object/ufoNormalizer after we've made changes.
