New translation lines, plus an alternate Papal States war declaration quote I had in mind (it looked more in character)

Thank you very much for all your efforts. About the war declaration, I have actually used a real quotation of Julius II (he was more of a practical man rather than a spiritual one. In fact he cose his name as a Pope taking inspiration from Caesar himself)
