Implement the forage minigame.

.forage rolls a die against a set of predetermined outcomes and displays output to the user (possibly with a gift or wild chorumfur
must return the text of the outcome as well as the ID of the Item or Creature found so that they can be added to the DB for the user. Most likely format is a 3 part tuple ("text","item|creature|wallet",ID|amount (for wallet)|None)
current odds chart is available in #event-chatter -length of command cooldown must be established (recommending 12+ hrs to ensure stock of randoms lasts and to stretch out engagement)
(PLANNED) .forage can find money, so there must be a way to increase a user's wallet.
Need to determine exactly which items can be found on forage

@Zombpossum need you to work on event texts (leave placeholder text if you need an image to appear in the message)
