Refactor .crystal and related methods to improve readability

allow for arbitrary setting of CRYSTAL_RECHARGE_TIME in ConstantData

• crystal_level_period = CRYSTAL_RECHARGE_DAYS/6 (need float?)
• crystal_level = floor(CRYSTAL_RECHARGE_DAYS/crystal_level_period

breeding functions will also need to be updated to point to CRYSTAL_RECHARGE_DAYS
