Fix markdown link error and set up workflow to check all broken links (not only markdown links) #642

Currently, the markdown link checker fails (even though the links that fail seem to work properly). It might be related to the syntax of the markdown link (absolute links).

[ ] Check and fix the error for the markdown link check
[ ] Update the link check workflow with an action that check also other links (not only markdown)
