`Sub issue #525` Update content and styling of MED sections

Description

Update content and styling of MED sections to be more consistent with others.

• [x] check all titles have no coding blocks
• [x] review all coding blocks in text if they are used correctly
• [x] use of bold (check ILAMB) use italics where appropriate
• [x] check styling of links when referring to something (Model Live Diagnostics) -no italics, use plain text
• [x] cards don't have announcement in text -use link in text
• [x] check all external links are correct and open in new tab
• [x] clean up getting started and any specific pages with pre-requisites (similar to 'run a model')
• [x] rename .md files to make easier to find and restructure (matching headings)
