GETTING STARTED: Restructure `getting started` page to avoid repetitive UI elements #694

Description

Currently, the getting started landing page consists of 2 cards - First Steps, and Australian Research Environment (ARE) as follows:

Since, these cards appear to be exactly similar to the topics in the left-hand navigation pane, the future steps for improving this could be:

Add one-liner rectangular cards that describe each of the categories (preferred option for now).
Not have a landing page at all, and user can navigate straight from the left-hand side navigation.

Why

To revisit and simplify Hive docs UI for increasing user engagement and avoiding repetition as much as possible.

Close Criteria

[ ] Prototype the one-liner rectangular card functionality.
[ ] Think about any better use case for improving the UI, and propose it to the hive docs team.
[ ] Implement the final chosen prototype.
