Delete euler max please, it's not a good sampler

Euler_max is an early experiment by @Koishi-Star , and it's rather not good according to him. So he decided to delete it in his repo. By the way, this sampler in my repo is just a failed experiment, as you can see in my readme It has no value now.

I don't agree with you, you just don't look at the right way to use this extension,

from what I've seen euler max works perfectly with the neutral prompt extension here are some examples:

as you can see it can give good results with this extension image which I later run through the hires fix: HD xyz
