Is there a secondary source we can check systematically and easily link to? Maybe this is fixable once I load a dataset with shape files for all properties.
Directory of unreliable land areas
Have some kind of reasonably maintainable directory which can be updated regularly which allows the exclusion of these valuations when doing aggregation or comparisons which would require comparing on a sqm basis.
