A recent article in NATURE ( https://www.nature.com/articles/s41538-018-0032-6 ) describes data elements that can be used to publish data about food transformation processes from field to fork.

Collaborating with leaders in this domain, we could design an automated data publishing interface for ELSA following those standards and allowing aggregation of data throughout the world (for instance compare cheese production...)
