Respacing a measure makes it much wider or narrower #164

Respacing a measure -- at least automatic respacing after changing something in it -- often makes it much wider or narrower, obviously not paying attention to the percentage it was last respaced at.

In these cases, Respace seems to pick up the spacing percentage from an adjacent measure.
