Tempo/metronome mark tool gives pointless, confusing error messages #195

With the tempo/metronome mark tool selected, clicking in a blank space above the staff warns "Possible bug in program: GetSubObjStaff: can't handle object type 5 at L4" and again but saying "GetSubObjVoice" before giving the correct message ("A tempo must be attached to...").
