Datatype Text255 should be relaxed to HLAunicodeString #31

The NETN-ORG FOM module should not impose MSDL limitations to the representation in the federation. Exporting Federation Data to MSDL might require federation agreements to have maximum lengths but datatype should be more general.

A text with a length > 255 at these attributes will cause the MSDL file to not be able to validate.

All use of this datatype has been changed to HLAunicodeString.
