Update MSDL schema to add VesselUnit and SARAircraftUnit under equipmentItem #43

This change complements a similar change in the NETN-ORG, https://github.com/AMSP-04/NETN-ORG/issues/41.

A VesselData and SARData element are already present under equipmentItem. But also under unit.

So, the elements under unit need to be removed in line with the NETN ORG FOM.
