Major update of the NETN-ORG FOM Module and documentation. There are still some documentation needed but with this pull-.req. I would like comments and approval of the core changes made to the object class attributes. Simplifications, harmonization and clarifications with input from MSDL, MIL-STD-2525 and common sense.

Also, I couldn't find any application code making (anything but very generic) use of the JC3IEDM attributes in our code bases.
