The NETN-ORG.xml and NETN-ORG object classes which modelled over MSDL does not support saving information on CGF pre-plan tasks/orders (i.e. CGF behaviour/orders planned during scenario planning). May I know how does the NETN-FOM address the issues saving the pre-plan CGF tasks in a standard file format? There is CBML standards (SISO-STD-01102014) which enabled expressing of the plans and orders. Is CBML the mandated as the standards for saving the CGF tasks and orders?

The NETN-ORG and associated MSDL does not address pre-planned tasks and orders. In NETN-ETR it is possible to publish current and planned tasks for individual entities but the storage of this information in a standard file format is currently not in the scope of AMSP-04. C2SIM and/or future updates of MSDL or similar formats should consider including this type of information.
