Add representation of SE objects in NETN-ORG MSDL Schema #66

There is no current obvious way to describe objects such as obstacles and minefields other than as TacticalGraphics. TacticalGraphics is not sufficient to describe the full simulated objects, since it is not meant to do so.

I propose adding a new element type representing objects of different types, with point locations as well as areal locations.

Clarification: Updated NETN-ORG MSDL Schema required for including initial scenario data related to existing Minefields, Minefield Breaches, Generic Obstacles, Checkpoints etc.
