Direction is geodetic #7

Similar to https://github.com/AMSP-04/NETN-ORBAT/issues/6, the direction is currently hardwired to geodetic. To correctly position an entity (in the right direction), the CGF typically has to transform this value to a geocentric value. So, the representation of direction is dependent on the selected coordinate system: MGRS, UTM, GDC, GCC.

Yes, the application has to transform the direction to the native coordinate system used by a application. In MSDL is the direction defined as CompassDegrees, 0-360 degress.

I do not see any reason to change the representation in the FOM from the current MSDL definition.
