Improve workbench text in Properties dialog #81

See attached screenshot, which highlights two issues:

  1. bill of materials, on the left panel => Needs capitalized "B" and "M" to be consistent with the rest of the workbenches
  2. Bill of Materials Workbench, on the right panel => Needs "Workbench" suffix removed to be consistent with the rest of the workbenches and to fix alignment of columns

This also affects how the workbench is being shown in the workbenches TabBar. With the added "Workbench" suffix, it takes a significant amount of space:
