4 months ago I have also included into this pull request fixes for the update bannerlord dlls.bat
Because rob removed the dlls this needed to be fixed. There is one dlls that we should re-add to the repo or obtain via nuget.

This is a hotfix that mangos has suggested that may resolve crashing issues for other players who are riding a boat. This code does not break boats and they still work just the same. Logic behind this change is carts do this and they don't result in crashes for players riding them.
