RIcher RTC product comparisons #2

Currently, the golden RTC test compares:

Product directories have the same name (excepting random hash)
Product directories have the same set of files (names are the same, excepting random hash)
Runs gdalcompare.py on *.tif files

Other comparisons of file contents we could do are:

log
README.txt
xml
shp/shx/prj/dbf
png
kmz

Are there any we should do?
