Occasionally, USGS will re-process a Landsat scene, adding a new granule, and remove the old granule from the collection.

This updates the autoRIFT golden template with two newly-reprocessed scenes, fixing the one job which currently fails.

I confirmed the old pair fails in production and the new pair succeeds.
