Zip files #31

@mossmaps / @AWMC/contributors : For the most recent uploads, I think we should pull the .zip files and just upload geojson files - that will keep our versioning and changes intact. Could you do so?

So, for example, in https://github.com/AWMC/geodata/tree/master/Cultural-Data/aqueducts the file should ONLY be aqueducts.geojson

aqueducts (1).zip should be withdrawn, converted to geojson, then pushed to GitHub as aqueducts.geojson with any changes. This impacts all of the recent updates; we should not have any shapefiles here, as their limitations with naming / etc can have serious impacts on our data. Please ensure that all column names are in the format that they were in the original GeoJson.
