Hi, I have a WordPress site on dmz domain. Using Cartopress plugin.
What ports do I need to open to get this working ?
One issue I'm encountering: I've built up a number of maps on Carto before we got the university license, and I'm in the process now of moving them over to the premium version. That part is going smoothly. But, when I try to connect my carto account to a wordpress site network the using CartoPress, I get an error message saying my username and password is incorrect. I'm pretty sure this is due to a security issue (some server-level security permission is likely preventing the plugin from communicating directly with Carto databases). Any ideas on how we might resolve this--both in the near term for my purposes and the long term for anyone who want to connect FDC with Carto? An example can be found at collab./wordpress-site. You'll see that I've installed and activated the CartoPress plugin, and entered my account's API key (Settings > Carto), but when I click "connect to carto" the error message pops up.
