The issue

Ask the user for certain things like:

[x] -- in get_wrapper_type() / get_texfile_name()

Choosing the main LaTeX file if there are multiple files.

[x] -- in generate_rmd()

Ask for slug which will define the name of the rmd file and the generated html file.
add a param for this.

[ ] when copying data back in temp mode, avoid copying the markdown file.
