rnw_to_rmd: improve bibliography #84

The bibliography generated from bib items created with the JSS bibliography style (jss.bst) could be improved:

author names should be separated by and, not ,
the year (in round brackets) needs to be separated out into a year field
the author field should not have double braces (otherwise the initials appear in the citations, not just the surnames

Also the bibliography gets named <filename>-knitr-part2.bib which seems strange: somthing like <filename>-generated.bib would be better.
