aesthetic change to frontpage image in Readme #312

ADOP-C works on Mac and Linux, I think it would be a good idea to have a more generic image for the front page in README.md

Thanks @grass-roots-604 for the contribution. However, from the changes I can see the image links to your personal GitHub account - I suspect this was for testing :)

I think it would be a good idea to have images in the Readme file similar to the images in: https://jenkins.io/doc/tutorials/build-a-multibranch-pipeline-project/

The images in Jenkins tutorials do not show a specific web browser, or terminal emulator.
