Update endpoints to accomodate backend. #66

Backend changes for optimization have made some requirements and cleanup to change some endpoints.

New endpoint for creating builds will be changed accordingly GET: .../builds/data/<string/ -> GET: .../builds/ POST: .../builds/new -> POST: .../builds
