Per @argii, please included in the csv:

Scorestreak Kills
Kills while holding the Flag
Killstreaks
Average life length (in s)

Add tabular data fields for (should also be added to structured export):

[x] killstreaks (4, 5, 6, 7, 8+)
[x] multikills (2-piece, 3-piece, 4-piece)
[x] scorestreak kills, scorestreak assists
[x] snd round survives -> sum of SND rounds where you are alive at the end
[x] time alive (in s) -> walk all lives and compute death time minus spawn
[x] num lives -> sum of all real lives (where time alive > 0)
[x] avg life length (in s) -> just total time alive / num lives
[ ] kills while carrying the flag
