The football Organizer application is an application that will help players, refs and League organizers maintain a league. It will distribute relevant information to players and refs, and handle the mechanics of league tournament play.
The team will focus on communicating what each person on the team should be doing and the person has to assign cards to themselves on the product backlog. Each sprint will be 1 week and the daily scrum meeting should be 1 hour or less.
The goal is to be able to manage a team within a league on the leaderboard and it also shows us how the team advance up in rank on the leaderboard.
