[resolves #43] Skip address selection if there is just one #63

What about if there is none? i.e. send to yourself should not be permitted, or should it?

This only addresses the send page, which you should only be able to get to if there is at least one (other) registered address to send to.

This is issue is also about coming from the home page and wanting to see files. If there is just one registered address for which the wallet also holds the priv key, it would no be necessary to select the only valid (i.e. my) address.
