The Wand Focus: Primal can destroy blocks no matter the protection.

Also, you need to scan a Primal Focus to be able to research a primal staff...

That isn't locked to one person Adam.... If I remember correctly, the only way for an admin to remove warded blocks is with WE.

World Edit is able to remove the due to the way it does so. I may have punched a hole in a WG'ed area... but it was fixed!

Adam, I've removed warded blocks with WorldEdit before.

The wand focus of warding wasn't in tc3 or 4... Just TC4.1

Well, yeah, but Warded STONE could be removed by anyone in creative.
