api: login with phone number #403

to be able to login with the phone number we should at least

[ ] ~make User.telephone UNIQUE~
[ ] change oauth2orize.exchange.password behavior

we should also

[x] normalise the phone number in the database currently

- [x] patch the api to allow only correct phone numbers (avec indicatif de pays)
- [ ] verify the phone number using SMS, move the unique index to "phonenumber+verified" (maybe it's not enough)

@syndr0m important : save the number in international format with the country number example us : +1 999 999 999 france : +33 99 99 99 99 99

we must have the country number in the future
