Remove project and netbeans config

Remove and add to .gitignore all netbeans and eclipse configuration files.

Netbeans config can be generated with http://mojo.codehaus.org/nbm-maven/nbm-maven-plugin/ Are any of us actually using Netbeans still?

Yes I am using netbeans for the JSF.

In my latest checkin, I removed the nb-configuration.xml, but the "faces" file must stay there..
