Pythagore's Body is scrapped, a few ideas got scrapped, Pandora's chest is up for a massive rework which I'll probably finish whenever Floof goes online, Remove Corncupia, Tech <3 is scrapped, so are Chaos Confetti, Jumper Cables, Loaded Dice, Irritating Bracelets(It's just Telekinesis but lesser, and also potentially op), Magic Kit(Booster Pack from Anti but WACKY), Personal Bubble(Already has the denied tag), Pyrite Nugget(Wooden Nickel but reroll fodder), Rigid Mind(Denied already), The Rock(What use would that even have wtf man), The Big Rock(Small Rock but meme), The Fireplace(It's just The Poop snce fires and poop have the same drps almost, but it can deal small damage to enemies if you lead them into the fire. Not different enough.), Plan A and Plan B(Meme garbage).

Should Yeux Revolver be scrapped? It's a reference that makes some sense thamtically, sure, but it's a boring effect and to most people it'll just be a gun, in Isaac. (Ded said yes, I think Floof did too ages ago)

Brother Cancer probably should be removed too, seems to be just a slightly different Potato Peeler.

Also removing Goat Fetus, basically just Punching Bag.

Also, potentially change the logo and subname of the mod? A New Kind of Pain is just too edgy, as a few of us thought.
