Initial loading screen bug #38

On pages with a map I added a fix to check if the loading screen was complete before adding the map to the DOM as adding before hand caused the map to not display correctly.

Another bug now occurs when the page is refreshed or loaded when not currently active on screen (if another tab is opened instead), causing the map to not display at all until another refresh.

Simple fix by changing the CSS for hiding the page from display: none to visibility: hidden.
