Why not "click" the "Load previous queries" button by default? #4820

By default, when loading the query page we show 0 pages of previous query results. We require the user to click on the button to see what they were doing previously. Why not load 1 page of results on page load? This would also help users not lose context when they switch to a different page for a moment.
