Updates base images
Fixes some javascript dependencies which had high risk warnings

The vast majority of remaining high risk vulnerabilities for the cloak container is from the sql server dependency. Changing it at this point seems like a risky endevour that I wouldn't like to do as part of this release.

Central was the entity with the largest amount of changes. It has been deployed and, from all I can tell, works well.

I have run some tests against a deployed version of air and cloak too, and everything seems fine at first glance.
