Telefonica has problems using the Audit log [TLF: 1] #4890

When they try to change the from/to filter, nothing really seems to happen. Things are perceived as slow, and not functioning. I looked at the dev console in Firefox of a person different from the one reporting the issue. It looks like they are having issues connecting to the web socket used by the LiveView! My hypothesis is that it's slow, because truly nothing is happening at all, because the connection doesn't get established!

Needs to be validated, and debugged further.

LiveView didn't honor the "long polling rather than web socket" setting
Telefonica has long polling enabled
Telefonica has problems with web sockets in their setup

I believe #4891 resolves this issue.
