When syncing LDAP users or an LDAP group there is absolutely no feedback on what is going on!
The page refreshes, but you have no idea if anything actually happened!
Since LiveViews can trivially be embedded on any page, I suggest replacing the sync button with a small live view which outputs the status as the sync takes place, and then provides a confirmation once it's completed.
