isotope library missing some common sources #8

While the library is derived from the SCALE photon library, some source isotopes common to shielding packages appear to be missing (e.g. C-11). Gammas from spontaneous fission are also not included, but may not be significant.

The libraries have been updated to draw from ICRP 107 rather than the SCALE photon library. The libraries now include a much larger collection of isotopes, including a number that have limited photon emissions.
