Speedup acquistion and make it work with many (> 1000) sweeps

From these the following ones are called for every sweep acquired:

• SWS_DeleteDataWaves
• NWB_AppendSweepLowLevel (if storing into NWB)
• AFH_GetLastSweepAcquired (also called multiple times for each analysis function)

AFH_GetLastSweepAcquired is called even more often.

Remedies for the slow down:

• Use a dedicated global variable lastWrittenSweep which makes AFH_GetLastSweepAcquired very cheap
• Use that global variable to decide if we have to delete sweeps and only call then SWS_DeleteDataWaves

I've been in contact with WM support about how to speed up GetListOfObjects and here is the conclusion:

• Use DataFolderDir instead of GetIndexedObjNameDFR as the latter has O(n^2) performance characteristics
• Filter the returned list via ListMatch/GrepList
• Change the return type to a text wave
• Remove obscure features of GetListOfOjbects like waveProperty (just remove it) or matchList (replace with regexp+alternation).
