Databrowser/Sweepbrowser: Overlay channels does bug out with "Visualize Epochs" #1813

The error message is

  Message: "Left over space"

A fix here should also include a test for the GUI controls from the group group_channels.

Uncheck "Visualize Epochs" when "Overlay channels" is selected using AdaptDependentControls. Needs https://github.com/AllenInstitute/MIES/issues/1806. Add assertion in LayoutGraphs.
